**PERFORMANCES MUST BE FILLED BOTH NIGHTS BEFORE SLACK**
Option to enter both nights, if entered both nights must pay fees both nights. Payout based on # of entries combined over both days, fastest time/highest score on single ride/run. All money won will count towards year end standing for Whippoorwill Rodeo. The NCPRA will only count the money you have won for your top placing towards the NCPRA standings. For example if you win 1st and 2nd in an event the NCPRA will only count the 1st place money won that event towards their standings.

Entry Fees: $70 BB, SB, TR, CR, SW, CBA, BR / $60 CBR
Added Money: $400 per event ($500 BR)
** ALL RODEO CONTESTANTS WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 AWARDS FEE PER CONTESTANT PER RODEO/$5.00 WRC ENTRY SYSTEM FEE PER ENTRY
Team Roping enter twice per night either swap ends or enter with different partner.
Money won will count towards the 2025 Whippoorwill Rodeo season standings, 2025 NCPRA season standings, 2025 Western Nights & Carnival Lights Series. It will count as one rodeo towards the Whippoorwill Rodeo count for 2025, it will count for 1/2 rodeo for the 2025 NCPRA season.
*If any bonus money is paid out it will NOT count towards year end standings.
CONTESTANTS PLEASE BE CHECKED IN AN HOUR BEFORE THE RODEO PERFORMANCE
​**If you are not able to compete and do not draw out 24 hours prior to the rodeo performance you are still responsible for ALL entry fees, award fees, and entry system fees, these fees must be paid before being able to enter or compete again.
WESTERN ATTIRE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CONTESTANTS & ANYONE HELPING IN THE ARENA OR ON THE BACK OF THE BUCKING CHUTES
ALL CONTESTANT GATE PASSES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMMITTEE
**All contestants will be required to fill out a CONTESTANT FORM before competing. Anyone under 18 will be required to have a completed contestant form along with the notarized minors release at the bottom of the contestant form. (Link for CONTESTANT FORM at the bottom of this page)
