ENTRIES OPEN:

MONDAY, MAY 18, 2026 - 6:30PM CST

Entry Fees: $70 BB, SB, TR, TD, SW, CBA, BR / $60 CBR

Added Money: $500 BB, SB -  $400 TD, SW, CBA, CBR - $750 BR - $650 TR(SPLIT ADDED $)

** ALL RODEO CONTESTANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A CONTESTANT/PARTICIPANT FORM & PAY A $10.00 ONE TIME ANNUAL WRC CONTESTANT/PARTICIPANT MEMBERSHIP FEE BEFORE COMPETING, ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE CONTESTANT/PARTICIPANT FORM NOTARIZED AND SIGNED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN (Link at the bottom)

** ALL RODEO CONTESTANTS WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 AWARDS FEE PER CONTESTANT PER RODEO/$5.00 WRC ENTRY SYSTEM FEE PER ENTRY

Team Roping enter twice either swap ends or enter with different partner.

​

Money won will count towards the 2026 Whippoorwill Rodeo - True American Cowboy Tour season standings, 2026 NCPRA season standings. It will count as one rodeo towards the Whippoorwill Rodeo count for 2026, it will count for 1/2 rodeo for the 2026 NCPRA season.

*If any bonus money is paid out it will NOT count towards year end standings.

CONTESTANTS PLEASE BE CHECKED IN AN HOUR BEFORE THE RODEO PERFORMANCE

​**If you are not able to compete and do not draw out 24 hours prior to the rodeo performance you are still responsible for ALL entry fees, award fees, and entry system fees, these fees must be paid before being able to enter or compete again.

ALL CONTESTANT GATE PASSES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMMITTEE
